HI THERE!
I'm Kendall - a designer, avid crafter, visual perfectionist, empath, and sales specialist based out of Dallas, TX. I graduated from Texas State University in 2017 with a major in Communication Design and minor in Mass Communications. After graduation my story took an unexpected turn that led me away from my intended career as a full time designer, to the senior living industry. I spent over 3 years working in sales for assisted living and memory care communities. Much of my job consisted of counseling families who were going through the hard transition to senior living, as well as real estate style sales. I realized during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic that as much as I loved spending every day with my 90+ grandparents, there was a piece of my life that was missing - the creative outlet that designing cultures. Though I have been freelancing in the evenings since graduation, I have now decided to take my passion full-time as I originally intended to do after college. I am now on the hunt for a creative or design related career path, essentially starting from scratch!
